Dinner was venison steak medallions, chili dogs with slaw, salad, and my famous warm German potato salad. My lovely wife doesn't want to be in the same room as me.
The venison just had a little bit of Worcestershire sauce to marinate and some salt and pepper on top, then they were roasted low and slow at like 200 degrees. Oh my damn they were so tender and delicious.
